Respironics has added a new feature for CPAP users who would like to connect a DC battery source to their CPAP. The M Series DC Compatible Heated Humidifier will work with any model within the M Series product line. (DS100, Plus, Pro, Auto, or BiPAP) Use the DC input on the back of the humidifier to supply battery backup to both your CPAP and Humidifier. Batteries like the CPAP.com Battery Pack will provide up to 4 hours of battery backup for your system.
The DC Compatible Heated Humidifier is also an ideal solution for CPAP users who need humidification, but enjoy outdoor activities or use a CPAP when AC power is not readily available. The DC Compatible Heated Humidifier, the Respironics DC Power adapter, and a large battery like the C222 Super CPAP Battery or Respironics Battery Pack are all needed to power both your Heated Humidifier and CPAP machine for more than 4 hours.
